Abuse Prevention and Response (Virtual)
Increase awareness of abuse and learn how to respond.
Course Description
Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol Training is a two-hour workshop that teaches participants awareness of the prevalence of abuse of individuals with developmental disabilities, how to use proactive strategies for preventing abuse, and procedures to follow to ensure the immediate safety needs of the individual and respond and report incidents of suspected abuse. This course is offered through Virtual Instructor Led Training.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations or rescheduling of course registrations must be received via email to training@vantage.academy at least 7 days prior to date of the course. Requests for cancellations or rescheduling that are received after that time are subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee equal to the cost of the course.
