Course Description

Welcome to Foundations! This training program was specifically designed for direct service workers already working in the evolving field of Community Disability Services. It will provide a comprehensive orientation to the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed by staff in today’s world. This is just the beginning of a challenging and rewarding career. Blended learning involving both self paced online learning and an in-house mentor, to ensure a strong grasp of the knowledge, skills and values required to become an effective, empowering support to Individuals Accessing Disability Supports.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations or rescheduling of course registrations must be received via email to training@vantage.academy at least 7 days prior to date of the course. Requests for cancellations or rescheduling that are received after that time are subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee equal to the cost of the course.
