Who are we?
Vantage Enterprises Ltd. (Vantage) is a Disability Service Provider based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Since its foundation in 1995, Vantage has been working in partnership with individuals, families, communities, and government, actively seeking opportunities for the promotion of individuals to engage and benefit from full citizenship.
We acknowledge Treaty 7 territory—the traditional and ancestral territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy: Kainai, Piikani and Siksika as well as the Tsuu T’ina Nation and Stoney Nakoda First Nation. We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis Homeland. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We make this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.

Funding and Accreditation

Motivation for Success

Our Mission
Deliver joy-filled opportunity through collaboration and advocacy, promoting independence and respect.

Our Beliefs
Each of us is unique. Our individuality unfolds as alternatives are explored and implemented. These
individual preferences are reflected in people’s homes, workplaces, and community activities.
Each of us needs positive relationships to grow. Growth is realized through our interconnections and
personalized supports. Each individual is encouraged to develop and share talents while building
relationships.
Our beliefs are modeled through inclusion and harmony. Through alliances and partnerships, we
connect to communities. These valued connections are conveyed in all we do, strengthening personal
goals of individuals with disabilities.
Our aim is to establish balanced and meaningful environments in which individuals can thrive.
